Seregil from the Nightrunner novels.

Seregil in a nutshell-- he's a spy, thief, consummate actor, and either lies constantly or evades questions. That doesn't stop him from being charming and a flirt. He's from a medieval fantasy world and is full of secrets. Good luck getting any more out of him.
